customer service is lacking March 31, 2021 Reviewer: Joshua States from New River , AZ United States   I purchased an Odin Works adjustable gas block through Optics Planet. When trying to adjust the gas, the insides of the gas block blew out on the very first shot. I purchased the rebuild kit and found that the main screw will not thread into the gas block. I have sent several emails, multiple phone calls and a couple of requests for replacement through the Odin Works website. I even got a chance to speak with someone who did not take any of my contact info, just insisted that I fill out the online form. OK. It's been almost a month now since I first contacted Odin Works about this problem and no response. Nothing. Was this review helpful to you?

Make your gas block like new! August 27, 2020 Reviewer: Andrew from MI United States   This kit was just what I needed. My adjustment screw wasn't as crisp in the detents as I remembered. So I bought this kit, took 5 minutes to change out the components, my gas block is now functioning like new again! Was this review helpful to you?
