Suppressor Warranty Policy:
As with other tried-and-true ODIN Works products, the line of ODIN Works suppressors is covered by a limited lifetime warranty to protect against any manufacturing defects. The workmanship and material warranty extends for the life of the product under normal operating conditions. Please consult the user manual for information regarding barrel length restrictions and maintenance recommendations. Before returning a suppressor for repair work, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The ODIN Works limited lifetime warranty does not cover suppressors for normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, or when the suppressor has been altered or modified from its original form. Damage to suppressors incurred from improper maintenance, improper ammunition, improper barrel lengths, improper mounting, or other means of improper use, can be repaired at the sole discretion of ODIN Works for a reasonable charge.
If a suppressor is not eligible for repair due to the nature of the damages, and the damage is unrelated to workmanship, a replacement suppressor of the same model can be purchased for 50% off current MSRP. This warranty option does not cover additional tax stamp fees associated with suppressor purchases, and the suppressor will need to be transferred to a qualified FFL and SOT holder.
ODIN Works does not currently provide suppressor cleaning services.
PLEASE NOTE: By shipping a suppressor to ODIN Works for repair services, a customer is implicitly stating that they are the legal, lawful owner of the suppressor, and that they are pursuing a temporary conveyance of the suppressor for repair under Chapter 44 of Title 18, US Code, and Chapter 53, Title 25, US Code.
