Good customer service..... to a point March 30, 2026 Reviewer: John Maple from Bainbridge, OH United States   When I received my order it was immediately apparent that it was the wrong thing. I called Odin and explained the situation . The gentleman that I talked to told me that he would need to look into why what I received wouldn't  fit and they would get back to me shortly. I did receive an email from your company within a short time. That email informed me that Odin did not sell an extended release that would work with my lower. All of this was ok except at no time was I offered an opportunity to return what I had purchased. It was only $38.00 so I glad it wasn't something really expensive. Was this review helpful to you?

Fits my old PA-X9 November 25, 2025 Reviewer: Michael from Las Vegas, NV United States   My old PA-X9 SBR lower from 2016 had an out of battery and broke the plastic magazine catch. This one fit and is made of aluminum, which should be more durable. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Product August 17, 2025 Reviewer: Cody from Jackson, MO United States   Orderd this for a 9mm lower from a local shop: https://jsesurplus.com/product/jse-billet-ar-9-standard-stripped-lower/ only had to do a little minimal filing to get it lined up. swapping mags in style now. will be snagging more odin works parts for future builds! ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER...SHUT UP AND BUY IT!!! January 4, 2022 Reviewer: Ryan from Lewisville, TX United States   Just installed on my Black Rain Ordinance AR9mm anddddd just WOW! The gun is amazing, but I had one issue and that was the mag release lever due to it being flush and making it hard to release the magazine. This small upgrade just made the world of difference. Funny how a 10 second upgrade can make such an improvement. Mag swaps have never been so smooth!!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Horrible processing and shipping times February 28, 2021 Reviewer: Jake from Fenton, MO United States   I placed my order on February 12th, the package took several days to leave the warehouse and now it appears to be lost in transit. Last update I got was February 23rd and it said package left Boise Idaho which is where Odin works is located and I still have no new updates on February 28th.
