This review is for both adapter styles.  My Harris bipod would NOT stay secure on these adapter mounts.  Traditional swivel stud adapters are much better....that is what the bipods are designed for.  No reason to change a proven design.

Keymod isn't a very good system in and of itself, that being said this made it suck significantly less. It works great and thanks to the addition of a blocker at the back, even if the screws come loose it still wont back off.
