Other gas blocks are tunable, but the Adjustable Gas Block from ODIN Works is truly adjustable and packed with features. Machined from steel and black nitrided for durability. Front facing stainless steel adjustment screw and spring to handle high temperatures. 20 clicks of ball detent adjustment, no set screws needed, simply adjust the stainless screw where you want it and you’re done. Will fit any barrel with .750 diameter and works with any caliber.

    To Disassemble for Periodic Cleaning:

    1. Loosen set screw #1
    2. Loosen and remove screw #2.
    3.    Carefully remove spring and detent ball.
    4. Remove gas adjustment screw #3.
    5. Soak in cleaning solvent.

The adjustable gas block is simple design and easy to tune. Customer service went out of their way to contact me because I had accidentally selected the version that requires you to purchase a barrel, when I in fact did not order a barrel. But they called me to confirm, and we got my order corrected to get me the right part. So a big 5 star rating for having smart and caring customer service.

The gas block itself is very easy to work with and tune. I got the convenient tool they sell separately, and although it's very convenient to adjust the gas block with the hand guard still in place, it's a bit harder to lock down the set screws with the hand guard on. I guess it all depends on the hand guard that's on your rifle.

Well made. Easy to adjust and install. Note:: nicely pre installed with a new barrel order. Easy to relocate exact spot for re installation with gas tube. No issue tuning and came with a ball allen wrench.
