The O2 Lite is the latest and lightest of all the ODIN Works Forends. Precision machined from 6005-T651, the O2 Lite is a full 20% lighter than its predecessors. All ODIN Works Forends are free floating for accuracy and hard anodized for durability.

NOTE:
You may notice a slight color variation between our colored anodized forends and receivers. This is partly due to the difference in their alloy types, namely 6061 and 7075. Despite our efforts to reduce color variation with the help of our anodizing partner, it cannot be entirely eliminated as it is a natural outcome of the anodizing process. While we strive to keep the color as consistent as possible, there may still be slight differences in color between individual products. Well not quite. But there’s a lot of air space in the build. The spaces do have the potential to get a finger stuck in there and twisted but the chances are low. But still higher risk than a more traditional m lok hand guard. But there’s weight savings are noticeable. If you run a suppressor this is a good way to cut down the end weight some.

I have bought a bunch of anodized parts so I know colors are never gonna be the same but when I bought a full receiver set and a hand guard in the same color, I knew a little off would be OK but these are totally different colors. they’re so far off. It looks like you just screwed up on your build when you put it together a little off would be fine because the gun’s gonna get used and a little dirty, but this is too far off   will have to be replaced very disappointed in this purchase
